Personalize Your Voicemail


To record unavailable greeting:
(This greeting will be heard by the caller if you do not answer in the allotted number of rings)

  • Dial 964-9200

  • Enter your password (If you are away from home, you will be asked to enter your mailbox number—this is your 7 digit telephone number. NOTE: Your password is the last 4 digits of your phone number until you change it.)

  • Press 0 (zero)

  • Press 1 (one)

  • Record greeting

  • Press #

  • Follow voice prompts to make changes to or accept your greeting:

    • Press 1 to accept the greeting as recorded

    • Press 2 to listen to the recorded greeting

    • Press 3 to record changes
      (These steps can be done as often as needed until you are satisfied with your greeting)

  • Press # twice to exit system if you are finished or Press # once and follow the voice prompts to continue with other options


To record busy greeting:
(This greeting will be heard by the caller if your line is busy)

  • Dial 964-9200

  • Enter your password (If you are away from home, you will be asked to enter your mailbox number—this is your 7 digit telephone number. NOTE: Your password is the last 4 digits of your phone number until you change it.)

  • Press 0 (zero)

  • Press 3

  • Record greeting

  • Press #

  • Follow voice prompts to make changes to or accept your greeting:

    • Press 1 to accept the greeting as recorded

    • Press 2 to listen to the recorded greeting

    • Press 3 to record changes
      (These steps can be done as often as needed until you are satisfied with your greeting)

  • Press # twice to exit system if you are finished or Press # once and follow the voice prompts to continue with other options

NOTE: If you do not record messages, a generic message will play saying the person at (your phone number) is unavailable to take the call and to please leave a message.


To change your password:
(Your current password is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You may continue to use this as your password or change it by following the steps below. For security reasons, we recommend you change your password.)

  • Dial 964-9200

  • Enter mailbox number (your 7 digit home phone number) If you are calling to make the change from home, you will not be asked to enter a mailbox number.

  • Enter your current password

  • Press 9

  • Press 4

  • Enter new password

  • Press #

  • Reenter new password

  • Press #

  • Press # to exit


Log in to Voicemail:

At home:

  • Dial 964-9200

  • Enter your password (NOTE: Your password is the last 4 digits of your phone number until you change it.)

  • Listen for message announcement and prompts, following the various options for managing your messages:

    • Press 1 Play messages

    • Press 3 Hear date, time and phone number of party leaving message

    • Press 4 Go to previous message

    • Press 5 Replay current message

    • Press 6 Skip message

    • Press 7 Delete message

    • Press 9 Save message

  • Press # twice to exit if you are finished or Press # once and follow the voice prompts to continue with other options

Away from home:

  • Dial 964-9200

  • Enter mailbox number (your 7 digit home phone number)

  • Enter your password (NOTE: Your password is the last 4 digits of your phone number until you change it.)
